Absinthe Behind The Bar

Here’s a list of the bottles of absinthe that I've got open and ready to pour:

  • Jade Nouvelle Orleans (It's a Jade. Need I say more?)
  • Jade PF 1901 (Pricey yes? Worth it? YES)
  • La Bleue Clandestine by Bugnon (I love anything by Bugnon)
  • Kallnacher( A great Swiss absinthe)
  • Maison ALANDIA (Best new absinthe I've tried in 2007)
  • Eichelberger Blanche (Brought back from Regensburg, Germany)
  • Eichelberger 60 (Also liberated from Regensburg, Germany)

It required a lengthy quest to purchase the Eichelberger (translation: Acorn Mountain). It was sold in only one store in all of Bavaria. I went out my way to stay a night in this lovely city just to clean out their shelves of this fine absinthe before leaving. What's your list?
