The Proper Way To Prepare Absinthe

I found this video showing one way to properly prepare absinthe. Notice how fire is not involved! The video show a bottle of Jade NO, an absinthe spoon and absinthe glass from Spain. The water is poured of the sugar cubes and spoon from a pitched. Please note that sugar is not mandatory and it is a matter of taste. I prefer Jade NO without any sugar (as with all of the absinthes I drink). Enjoy!
