Please be sure to pick up this month's issue of Gourmet Magazine (April 2009). There is an excellent article on absinthe by Jame Rodewald called "Green Fairy Tales." Our products were used in the photo shoot for the piece. It's a great read and clears up the thujone hype that surrounded absinthe for so many years. It's great to see the truth about absinthe appear in such a respected and popular magazine. Have a look here:
