US Demand for Authentic European Absinthe Triggers Rush on Obsello

Submitted by brian on Sat, 03/14/2009 - 16:07.

Here's an interesting story on Obsello absinthe. Obsello appears to be having the same problem as Kubler in the US market - keeping up with demand. This isn't such a bad problem to have! I don't find it surprising though. I really enjoy Obsello and find it to be one of the finest absinthe's available on the US market. If you haven't tried it, get a bottle and thank me later.

TARN is looking to make this survey the largest in recent history, and has received support from The Wormwood Society, The Real Absinthe Blog, Absinthe Devil, and Drink Up NY. The results will provide valuable insight to both the curious absintheur and the growing absinthe market. Please take a few minutes and share your input:

Absinthe Energy Drink?

Now I've seen everything. The link below will show you a can of Fairy Bomb, an absinthe energy drink. I'm not sure if its for real but it looks as though. It even boasts that it contains thujone. How craptastic! I'd sooner drink a can of Booty Juice from Tropical Thunder.
