This may be old news to some but the History Channel's show Modern Marvels ran a episode on distilling and featured Jade Liqueurs (one of the worlds top absinthe distillers) and Ted hard at work in the Combier distillery. If you have a chance to catch the entire show, I recommend it. I really enjoyed it.
